Most standard bbq setups are completed within one to two hours depending on the complexity of the model. Larger outdoor kitchen islands or premium smokers with integrated technology may require additional time for precise calibration. Our goal is always to have your unit ready for use the same day we arrive.

Yes every gas bbq assembly includes a comprehensive safety inspection of all internal connections and manifolds. We use specialized testing methods to ensure your propane or natural gas lines are airtight and secure before you fire up the grill for the first time.

We focus on the structural assembly and internal component setup of your unit. While we ensure the internal gas manifold is secure and tested for leaks we recommend consulting a licensed gas fitter for the final connection to your home natural gas line to comply with local safety codes.

You do not need to provide any equipment at all. The Assembly Experts arrive with a full kit of professional tools and calibration instruments required to build your bbq correctly. We only require a clear space for assembly and access to the area where you want the unit positioned.

We strongly recommend a flat and stable surface for your bbq assembly to ensure proper grease drainage and structural integrity. If your patio or deck is slightly uneven our technicians will do their best to level the unit using the adjustable casters or feet provided by the manufacturer to ensure a safe cooking environment.
